The multi-sport experience!
The triestini are known as those doing most sports in Italy. Many are the possibilities. We will let you try a good selection, without doing this at a competition level. Make sure to bring suitable clothes and shoes for an active action holiday. In Trieste they say that the summer ends in October. And after that, the climate remains comfortable, the mean temperature is just one degree below that of Rome throughout the year.

In 1784, the Emperor Joseph II of Habsburg authorized the local farmers to sell their homemade wine, cheese and ham from their homes for a period of eight days a year. The name reflects the Slovene word for eight (osem). The osmizze is a favorite ‘waste of time’ for the triestini. At the osmizze, an entertaining presentation on a surprising subject.
